- Rates quoted, unless specified nett, include service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. The same credit card must be presented during check-in.

- Rates are per room per night and based on availability at the time of reservations.
- The breakfast-inclusive rate adds our breakfast buffet to the room-only rate at a special price of JPY3,025 per person (regular price: JPY3,500).

Cancellation Policy
- More than 8 days before arrival – No cancellation charge
- 4 to 7 days before arrival – 20% of total room charges
- 1 to 3 days before arrival – 50% of total room charges
- On arrival day or no-show – 100% of total room charges
